Bookings are requests
Submitting the form is a request to charter, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when REQ confirms it directly with you. Pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of confirmation. Requesting a date through this site does not require payment and does not, by itself, reserve a date.
The charter experience
- All charters are captained and operated at the discretion of REQ and the vessel's captain. For everyone's safety, departures, routes, and timing may change or be canceled due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, U.S. Coast Guard requirements, or the captain's judgment.
- Maximum capacity is 13 guests per vessel. Guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times.
Guest responsibilities
- You are responsible for the conduct of your party. Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or bringing prohibited items aboard is not permitted and may end the charter without refund.
- You confirm that everyone in your party is able to participate safely and will comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
Boating and water activities involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REQ and its owners, operators, captains, and crew are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in a charter, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the charter at issue. The website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual property
The website and its design, text, images, and video are owned by REQ Yacht & Boat Entertainment and/or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
