- Booking request details. When you submit a charter request, we collect your name, phone number and/or email, the boat and charter type you select, your requested date and time, and your party size.
- Communications. Any messages you send us and our correspondence with you about your request.

Basic technical data your browser provides (device and browser type, general location, and pages viewed) to keep the site working and secure, and anonymous counts of which booking steps are used. The site also saves your booking details in your browser's local storage so a confirmation can be shown to you.
- Advertising measurement (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel records the pages you visit and the booking steps you take so we can measure and improve our ads.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, confirm availability, and arrange your charter.
- To communicate with you about your booking and, if you ask, about future availability or offers.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
How we share information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share it only as needed to provide your charter — for example, with the captain, crew, and vessel operator fulfilling your trip — and with service providers who host our website or handle communications on our behalf.

Data retention & security
We keep booking information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, using the contact details below.
- You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove locally saved booking details.
Cookies & local storage
Advertising cookies and the Meta pixel load only after you tap Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they never load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page.
We also use local storage on your own device to remember your language, your cookie choice and your booking submission.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Terms of Use
By using this website or submitting a charter request, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings are requests
Submitting the form is a request to charter, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when REQ confirms it directly with you. Pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of confirmation. Requesting a date through this site does not require payment and does not, by itself, reserve a date.
The charter experience
- All charters are captained and operated at the discretion of REQ and the vessel's captain. For everyone's safety, departures, routes, and timing may change or be canceled due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, U.S. Coast Guard requirements, or the captain's judgment.
- Maximum capacity is 13 guests per vessel. Guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times.
Guest responsibilities
- You are responsible for the conduct of your party. Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or bringing prohibited items aboard is not permitted and may end the charter without refund.
- You confirm that everyone in your party is able to participate safely and will comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
Boating and water activities involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REQ and its owners, operators, captains, and crew are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in a charter, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the charter at issue. The website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual property
The website and its design, text, images, and video are owned by REQ Yacht & Boat Entertainment and/or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
